What is a life coach?

A life coach helps clients tap into their full potential and define/achieve their goals for who they want to be and what they want to do.

Is a life coach the same as a therapist?

No. Therapists are great however; a life coach is there to help you move from the past and move forward towards living the life you desire.

Are life coaches just for helping people who can’t help themselves?

No. Actually, it is the exact opposite. Life coaches help those who are ready to help themselves transform in various areas of their lives.

What type of person has a life coach?

People from all walks of life invest in having a life coach. The one trait that each of these individuals have is that they are truly ready to have what they desire out of life.

What typically happens during a life coaching session?

Each session is defined with the client stating what they want to get from the session. The initial session however, establishes why the client has sought coaching. The following sessions recaps any actions set and achieved from the previous session and looks at progress made. After which, exploration of any obstacles is discussed to then move into setting additional goals. Each session is defined with the client stating what they want to get from the session.

How long are coaching sessions?

The normal length of time for a coaching session is 45-50 minutes.
